Magic The Gathering Lorwyn Eclipsed Play Booster Box

Lorwyn Eclipsed Returns — And It Hits Different

Lorwyn is one of the most beloved settings in Magic: The Gathering history, and Lorwyn Eclipsed brings that world back with fresh energy. The original Lorwyn block introduced players to a sun-drenched faerie tale plane populated by Merfolk, Elves, Goblins, Kithkin, Giants, Faeries, Elementals, and Treefolk — tribal synergies so deep they still echo through Modern and Commander tables to this day. Lorwyn Eclipsed revisits this iconic plane, blending the nostalgia of the original set with new card treatments and mechanics built for today's formats. If you were there the first time around, this one's going to hit you in the feels. If you're discovering Lorwyn for the first time, buckle up — this plane is special.

Who Needs This Box

Lorwyn Eclipsed is going to pull three types of players off the fence fast. First, the tribal Commander crowd — Lorwyn's creature type synergies are legendary, and any new cards that play into those themes are instant inclusions for Elf, Merfolk, Faerie, and Goblin Commander decks. Second, the set collectors and Lorwyn nostalgia crowd — this plane doesn't come back often, and when it does, you want to be stocked up. Third, the draft crew — Lorwyn's original limited format was celebrated for its depth, and a Play Booster draft of Lorwyn Eclipsed is the kind of event that fills a game store on a Friday night. Check current format legality with your playgroup before building Standard or Pioneer decks, and draft legally where applicable.
