CrackerJack Stadium ships orders from our location in Welland, Ontario, Canada. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping for orders placed through our online store at crackerjackstadium.com.

Shipping Within Canada

We currently ship to addresses within Canada.

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. During busy periods (new product releases, holiday seasons), processing times may be longer. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping methods and rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your shipping destination. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Estimated delivery times: Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Typical delivery times within Ontario are 2–5 business days. Deliveries to other provinces may take 5–10 business days. CrackerJack Stadium is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are located outside of Canada and are interested in a product, please contact us at service@crackerjackstadium.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup at our store located at 620 Niagara St, Welland, ON L3C 1L8. If you select local pickup at checkout, we will notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation when picking up your order. Orders not picked up within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded.

Packaging

We take care to package all orders securely, with special attention to fragile and high-value items such as trading cards and collectibles. Single cards are shipped in toploaders or card savers with appropriate protection. Sealed products are packaged to prevent damage during transit.

If you have specific packaging requirements (for example, for a graded card or high-value sealed product), please include a note with your order or contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@crackerjackstadium.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include filing a claim with the shipping carrier, sending a replacement, or issuing a refund. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local post office or carrier depot. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown in the tracking information. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

If your package is lost in transit (tracking shows no delivery or movement for an extended period), please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim. Depending on the outcome, we may send a replacement or issue a refund.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. CrackerJack Stadium is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at service@crackerjackstadium.com and we will attempt to update the address before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.

Taxes and Duties

All orders shipped within Canada are subject to applicable taxes, including HST, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
